LEARNING TO LOOK VIDEO WINS PRIZE

AD Lubow begins the New Year with an award from dailyfilm.tv in the category of best short film documentaries. The Studio Daily judges included the brilliant New York Times photographer and filmmaker, Vincent Laforet. They wrote:"... the film nicely intersperses the classic artworks with its documentary footage of New York City students -- and the subject is wholly inspiring."

Marymount Manhattan's This is the Day Website, designed by ADLubow.com for the College's $25 million fundraising campaign initiative, was awarded a Silver 2009 Council for Advancement & Support of Education Accolades Award. The CASE District II panel of judges applauded the Website's communicative effectiveness, creativity, organizational ability and overall excellence as exceeding standards. Home page elements, including animated text, video, graphics, photographs and navigational bar, were attributed as extraordinarily appealing components in engaging the College's targeted audience.
